Veggie-Steak Kabobs

This particular recipe made about 8 kabobs. You could easily double to recipe below to make a lot more! We also used an outdoor grill, but you can use an indoor grill pan or an oven.

Ingredients:

6-8 oz. Steak, cut into 1 inch cubes
1/2 Orange bell pepper, cut in 1-2 inch pieces
1/2 Purple onion, cut in wedges
1/2 c. Cherry tomatoes
1 Medium size zucchini, 1 inch slices
1 c. Button mushrooms, halved
Olive oil
Salt
Pepper
Garlic Powder

Directions:

1. We started by soaking the skewers for about an hour in water because we bought wooden ones and wanted to make sure they wouldn’t burn!
2. Start (or is it light?) your grill or preheat your oven to 450 degrees.
3. Prepare and cut your all of your ingredients. Layer them on your skewers, drizzle olive oil, and season with salt, pepper, and garlic powder.

4. Grill for about 10 minutes (turning as needed), or until meat and veggies are cooked. If you bake them, bake for about 10-15 minutes (again, until they’re cooked)
5. Serve and enjoy!
