Crock pot meals are the best! You throw everything in it and just let it go. Then you come home and as soon as you walk in, you can smell what has been cooking all day long. It’s awesome. This crock pot meal, I first had at my friend Alysha’s house about 5 years ago. I didn’t start making it until after I got married, but it’s so good and my husband really likes it too.
Ingredients:

2 chicken breasts
1/2 packet of ranch seasoning
1 bar of cream cheese, cubed
1 can of drained corn
1 can of diced tomatoes
1 can of diced tomatoes with jalapenos
1 can of drained and rinsed black beans
1 1/2 c. Chicken broth
1 tsp cumin
1 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp salt
Directions:
1. Dump everything into the crock pot. See picture below:
2. Set it on either high for 3 hours or low for 6 hours.
3. I made some white rice to eat with my chili but you can also eat it with tortilla chips or on it’s own. Enjoy!
