Strawberry Mango Smoothie
(Makes 1 bowl)
Ingredients:
1/3 c. honey Greek yogurt
1/2 – 1 c. orange juice
1/4 c. frozen strawberries
1/4 c. frozen mango
Drizzle of honey
Ice if needed
Toppings:
sliced berries, sliced bananas, diced mango, chopped walnuts, ground flax seeds, chia seeds.
Directions:
1. In blender, combine all ingredients, starting with only half a cup of the orange juice. Blend until smooth. Add more juice as needed. If you like a thick consistency, you shouldn’t need more than a cup. If you like a thinner smoothie, you can either add more juice or water.
2. Pour into a bowl and add whatever toppings you’d like OR pour into a cup and drink it!
